Ambassador John B. Craig                                 Chairman

Ambassador John Craig joined The Jadwin Group in 2007 and has served as Chairman
since that time.

In a distinguished career as a member of the U.S. Foreign Service, Ambassador Craig has
had numerous assignments both overseas and in the State Department. He has pursued
his career focus on economic analysis throughout assignments in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia,
Libya, Egypt and Haiti. Mr. Craig speaks Arabic, French and Spanish.

U.S. President Bill Clinton nominated Mr. Craig to be the United States Ambassador to
Oman in June of 1998. After three years in the post he returned to the United States just
after Sept. 11, 2001, to be appointed by President George W. Bush as a Special Assistant to
the President.

Ambassador Craig became President of Boeing Middle East in 2003, and held that position
until joining Jadwin in 2007.

Thomas G. Finck                            Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Thomas G. Finck is the Founder and President of The Jadwin Group, Inc., and the
Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The Jadwin Group headquartered in the
United Arab Emirates and the United States. With his extensive background in finance,
energy, national security, and aviation, Mr. Finck has specialized in growth company
finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, aviation ventures,
negotiations with foreign governments, and structuring complex cross-border
multi-company transactions.

Prior to starting Jadwin, Mr. Finck was the Chairman and CEO of Triton Energy Limited,
an international oil and gas exploration and production company, now part of Hess
Corporation and formerly headquartered in Dallas, Texas with offices in Europe, Asia,
South America, Africa and Australia.  He was also President of Ensign Oil & Gas, Inc. in
Colorado, New York and London and President of Moore & Munger Hydrocarbons Inc. in
Connecticut. Prior to his management of these companies, Mr. Finck was Vice President
and Chief Petroleum Engineer at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (now
J.P. Morgan).
